The No Casino in Plymouth (NCIP) website is currently being reorganized to provide easier access to the enormous quantity of data that has been generated since the issue of Indian Gaming first surfaced in April of 2003. The issues involved are complex and can be confusing to someone not deeply involved with the specifics of Plymouth and the Ione Band of Miwoks. Our intent is to provide a quick look overview and explanation of the general issues involved. Subsequent sections of the website will then provide detailed information on specific issues. Each section will contain an index or archive of the documents created by the various entities involved in this process. Any remaining important documents not already posted will have their own archive section for reference purposes.

Reworked sections of the Website are indicated by BLUE in the navigation box on the left while older sections are referenced by RED. The older website pages which contain much of the same data, albeit in a less user friendly format, will remain intact until the changeover is complete.

To move between pages, simply click on the BLUE Page Titles in the LT BLUE box at the left of each page.
